Feather Drum proudly ships WORLDWIDE. We use Australia Post & DHL e-commerce.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can easily track your goods online.

SHIPPING COSTS

Australia  -  AUD $10.00 flat rate standard shipping (except brimmed hats, fur coats and OUTLET - AUD $15 flat rate). AUD $15.00 flat rate express shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $175 (excluding OUTLET shopping, which does not qualify for free shipping).  Free local pick up available from our Northern Beaches Showroom on Wednesday and Thursday only, between the hours of 3pm - 5pm.  Pick up address: Unit 2, 228 Headland Road, North Curl Curl, NSW 2095, Australia. 

International - AUD $30.00 flat rate (except brimmed hats, fur coats and OUTLET - AUD $45 flat rate)

* All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Feather Drum will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel or describe the products inaccurately. 

Note: These shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders. We will contact retailers separately regarding shipping costs.

OUTLET - THESE ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD AT COST TO CLEAR, WE CANNOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT SPENT. KINDLY SELECT 'OUTLET SHIPPING RATE' AT ALL TIMES, OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

SHIPPING TIME (estimate only)

We will do our best to process all orders within 24-72 hours from ordering.

Orders placed on a weekend/Public Holiday will be processed within 24-72 hours of the next business day.

Domestic shipping - please allow 1-3 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for Western Australia. 

Worldwide shipping - please allow 10-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient).

Order processing times may increase during busy periods, (e.g. at Christmas and during promotions/sales).

Delivery estimates are likely to increase during peak season (e.g. around Christmas)

Customers who wish to use Express Shipping or courier service should email info@featherdrum.com for a shipping quote and delivery estimate BEFORE placing their order online so the correct shipping amount can be charged.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Feather Drum takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Once items leave Feather Drum premises, it accepts no liability for lost or missing parcels which are accountable to the negligent actions of the respective Postal Service. Customers can opt to insure their parcel or request recorded delivery or signature by sending an email to info@featherdrum.com BEFORE placing their order online. Extra charges will apply.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned to us within 7 days of delivery. If the returned item is no longer available we will provide you with a full refund

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect order or a faulty item).

Items must be returned in original condition, namely unworn, unwashed and tags attached. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.  With respect to Pilgrim products, please refer to the 'Care' section of the website and note, due to the nature of the products sold, fading and pilling are not considered manufacturing faults and garments should be cared for in accordance with the advice therein.

We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind. We may, however, provide a credit note to the value of the goods only (i.e. excluding initial shipping costs) at our absolute discretion, provided the item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery. In these circumstances customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to return the item(s).

Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.

There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders unless the garment is deemed faulty.

HOW TO DO IT

Please email us within 7 days of the purchase date your request to return/exchange an item at info@featherdrum.com and we will provide you with an RA Number to record on your return/exchange form. 

Please fill in the return/exchange form sent with your order along with the tagged/unworn item to the address below.  We will replace your item or, if applicable, provide a credit to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item.

For all exchanges (excluding faulty items), customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to return the item(s). You are also required to enclose a prepaid post bag, for the return of your item(s). We strongly suggest that you use a registered mail service so you can track the package. Feather Drum will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received our end.

All returned items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached. Feather Drum is not responsible for any item(s) returned that have been washed and in a worn condition.  

We will not accept your return/exchange if Feather Drum considers the item(s) used.

Any items returned outside the '7 days from delivery' period or items returned damaged (unless faulty) or soiled will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Feather Drum will not pay to return these items to you.
