Mini Muse : Amelia

Amelia has long been a Feather Drum Mini Muse and her Mommy, Stacie Hess has always kept her in or forethoughts in the way she captures her stunning daughter. This Mother Daughter duo capture a side of Beatnik that encompasses movement and architecture as it was always meant to be. We're vibing the mood of these gorgeous pictures taken by Stacie Hess at John Lautner's Bergen House LA residence.

Lautner an American Architect who was a dedicated practitioner of Organic Architecture practiced primarily in California, and the majority of his works were residential. He's best remembered for his contribution to the development of the Googie style, as well as for several Atomic Age houses he designed in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Along with these strong mid-century lines this shoot is styled with Stacie Hess's own Jewellery pieces. Stacie has immersed herself in the age-old process of lost wax. Each piece is handmade in wax and then casted in 14k (or 22k) gold. Each piece is intended to be passed down from one generation to the next and have been created with that in mind. They're meant to be worn and last lifetimes. Head to her website to view these beautiful heirloom pieces - staciehess.com
